BOOKING POLICY

Our prices are established according to the period of use and the number of occupants in our accommodations, and accommodation with a child up to 2 years old, in the same room as the parents, will be exempt from payment for accommodation.

Our Hotel has camera monitoring throughout the establishment, from the sidewalk and entrance through the garage to the floors, laundry service, and wired and wireless Internet, with internal access through the garage in order to provide security to the customer, in addition to a delicious breakfast morning, served on the fourth floor. Below are the types of apartments we offer to our customers:

Standard Box Bed Apartment: has Split air conditioning, Minibar, Telephone, LCD cable TV and private bathroom, breakfast and garage are included in the rates.

Luxury Apartment: has electronic lock, digital safe, split air conditioning, minibar, LCD television with a variety of cable channels, telephone, Wi-Fi and wired internet, bathroom with hairdryer and bathroom with central heating, included in the price daily breakfast and garage.

Luxury Suite: has an area greater than (35m2) combined, with 02 bedrooms, with a double Box bed and two single beds, has an anteroom with microwave, electronic lock, digital safe, Split air conditioning, Frigobar, Television LCD with a variety of cable channels, telephone, Wi-FI and wired internet, bathroom with hairdryer and bath with central heating, including breakfast and one parking space per apartment (subject to availability).

We offer a laundry service to the customer, a service charged separately and, in the case of companies, with authorization from the same. Likewise, the minibar service, if used by the customer, will be charged according to consumption.






SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION

Hotel does not charge service fee; the garage is free; rates include breakfast served from 7 am to 10 am. We offer parking, information services, taxi calls, tourist information services, storage of valuables in the safe, free internet.

Accommodation policy: reservation without NO-SHOW guarantee. It is valid until 18:00 on the day of arrival. In case of no-show by this time, your accommodation will only be accepted subject to room availability.

ACCOMMODATION FOR MINORS

By determination of Federal Law No. 8069, of 07/13/1990, accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years old will not be allowed, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. If the minor is accompanied only by his/her guardian, he/she will be obliged to present, at the time of check in, a document authorizing the accommodation of the minor, made in writing and signed by the parents, with notarized signatures. Regardless of any other provision, all minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age must present, upon check-in, a photo document proving their identity and affiliation, even if accompanied by their parents.






CHECK-IN RULES

Entry (check-in): from 12 noon, according to personal request or through the voucher via the travel agency, if you have any doubts. Do not hesitate to contact our Reservation Center. Departure (checkout): until 12 noon, depending on the reservation requested, with a tolerance of up to 1 pm.

Note: if the customer arrives after 6:00 am, half a day will be charged until noon and after that time the normal rate will run according to the hotel's regulations, withdrawal during the reservation period: the charge will be considered in your totality.






VISITOR CONTROL

As a security measure, visitors are not allowed to enter the apartments, they can be received in the socials area of the hotel, if the visitor has to go up to the apartment, he must fill in the registration form as a guest, with an identity document, with photo, the daily rate will be charged, (it will be posted to the guest account).

Secure reservations, because when you make reservations with us, your data is protected through your secure connections, your privacy is protected; your data will only be used to guarantee your reservation. (Law 13.709/2018- General Data Protection Law).






RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION OF ANIMALS

An accommodation fee per pet will be charged at check-in.

It is necessary to present the vaccination documents for the animals.

Only docile and affectionate, small and medium-sized animals (up to 10 kg) will be accepted. We do not host animals that may cause intimidation, especially of the breeds: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Dobermann, German Shepherd, Fila and German Dog.

It is expressly forbidden for pets to circulate or remain in any condition, in the Coffee Room, reception, TV room, Event Room, or in any environment that signals the prohibition.

The animals must remain with the owners in the apartment and in the permitted areas.

Animals must use a collar and guide when circulating inside the hotel.

At the time of the maid service, the animals must be removed from the room, otherwise the service will not be carried out.

The cleaning of solid and liquid waste is the responsibility of the guests.

Guests must bring all the necessary utensils for the animal's stay (containers for water and feed, guide, food and hygiene material).

If there is any damage to the apartment (mattress, pillow or any other item included in the furniture and trousseau) the guest will be notified and the amount of expenses incurred will be debited from his/her account.

Animals cannot bark or make any noise that disturbs other guests.

If the animals are agitated, have aggressive behavior or are unable to remain silent, the Hotel will have the right to request their departure.






PAYMENT METHODS

For payments made directly at the counter, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Card Banricompras; card Hiper, card Quero-Quero. We also work with billing for companies upon registration approval.

We work with invoicing for agencies and tour operators with two types of tariff: commissioned and Net tariff or by prior agreement to be negotiated between the parties.
